- Traveler access to Marsh Winds pool, transient boat docking in the marina, access to the Intracoastal Waterway, and the private Beach Club in Oak Island.
- Contact St. James Marina to rent a boat slip if needed.

- The Beach Club is for guest use; however, private parking is for owners only. Guests must use public paid parking on 72nd Street.

- Marsh Winds pool is typically open from May 1st to the second week of October.
- Pools are generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; closures may be determined by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also close after hurricanes or tropical storms. No refunds will be issued for pool closures.
